Cristian “Cris” Cardenas, Broker-Owner of Cardenas Larocca Real Estate, brings 20+ years of experience in South Florida real estate, specializing in multifamily, condos, and retail.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance & Economics) and is fluent in English and Spanish, Cris combines market insight, strong negotiation skills, and polished client service to deliver value-driven results for investors and property owners.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys running, wine, and traveling with his wife and two sons.

Carlos Larocca

Carlos is an analyst, by nature and training. His origins are in valuation and research, having been owner & chief appraiser of a successful appraisal practice in Miami since 2004. Data-driven, with an eye for research/analytics, the decision to become a Commercial Real Estate Broker was simple. He believes that South Florida is the ideal location for investing and year-round living, offering the perfect mix of weather, lifestyle, and the tax benefits of being a Florida resident.
